Headlessness: The Path to Authentic Living
Douglas Harding was a British philosopher and mystic best known for his idea of the "headless way," a unique perspective on self-awareness and consciousness. His journey began with a profound realization throughout a walk in the Himalayas, where he experienced a minute of self-discovery. This epiphany led him to explore and articulate a brand new way of perceiving oneself and the world.
